We want you to love your Natural Life pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track your return as it makes its way back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
